FULL-SERVICE FLORAL DESIGN
Our Full-Service floral design is a comprehensive, design-forward experience. From our first conversation to the final installation, we guide you through a seamless, high-touch experience - allowing you to be fully present while we bring your vision to life. The result is a celebration that not only looks beautiful, but feels unforgettable!

Bespoke floral design planning and concept development

INVESTMENT
Our Full-Service Floral Design begin at $8,000
We accept only a limited number of intimate weddings and events each season, with a starting investment of $2,500. Each designed with the same signature style and attention to detail as our full-service offering.
From inquiry to “I DO”
01 | inquiry & questionnaire
Your floral journey begins with your story. Share your date, venue, and other details by submitting an initial inquiry. Once received, we’ll send an introductory email confirming availability for your date, along with a link to schedule a discovery call to discuss your vision and priorities.
02 | estimate + secure your date
Once we had a chance to chat, we’ll give you estimates based on your wish list, an invoice for your retainer payment, and contract to secure your date on our calendar within 7 days.
03 | initial proposal
Once your date is secured, we create a customized floral proposal based on our conversation and your vision. Everything remains flexible! We’ll refine details as your day approaches.
04 | final details
We check in about 6-8 weeks before your event to schedule a final details meeting and chat about any changes - go over timeline, make any final adjustments, get additional info on anything else we should know before your big day, and collect final payment.
05 | the big day
Our floral design team will arrive on site in the morning to deliver your personal florals, then begin executing your floral designs while you relax, get pampered, & enjoy your special day!

For Full-Service Floral Design, you should secure your date with your florist as soon as your venue is booked. Ideally, you should contact your florist 9-12 months prior to the event date.
For intimate events, we recommend at least 1 month prior.

Every event is unique, and floral needs can vary greatly from one celebration to the next. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all pricing, we create a custom proposal thoughtfully tailored to your vision, priorities, and overall event design.
A helpful rule of thumb when planning wedding florals is to budget:
$30–$50 per guest for minimal florals
$60–$90 per guest for moderate florals
$100–$125 per guest for full floral wedding
$150+ per guest for luxury floral wedding

Event flowers are carefully managed at our studio to ensure they are fully open, beautiful, and at their prime for your event. Meaning, their post-event lifespan is not as long as an arrangement purchased at a retail flower shop.
Flowers exposed to heat, sun, wind, freezing temperatures, or other such conditions may not last beyond the event.

You can absolutely request specific flowers! But, as you'll see in our Services Agreement, we cannot make any guarantees. Flowers are perishable goods that are subject to a variety of factors such as growing season, weather, global shipping processes and many more. We will try our best, but encourage you to focus on an overall vision and aesthetic as opposed to having your heart set on specific flowers since exact selections are subject to change due to quality and/or availability beyond our control.

We completely understand that things change during the planning process and that the design can evolve. We allow flexibility to make changes to the proposal up to 30 days prior to your event day, so nothing is set in stone when you sign. We only ask that you do not go below the stated minimum on your signed agreement. We will work closely with you throughout the planning process so that the final design is truly magical.

This can vary by event. Some floral arrangements include giveaway containers with arrangement costs, and are welcome to be taken home by guests at the end of the evening.
For more elaborate items, such as lanterns, stands, and oversized vases/containers, including any LED lights, votives, or candle holders, are not to be taken by guests at the end of the evening. All rental items will be clearly stated in your event contract.
