FULL-SERVICE FLORAL DESIGN
$6,000 minimum Investment
Our Full-Service offers comprehensive floral concept. From lush bouquets to show-stopping installations, we take care of every detail. You’ll work closely with our designer to create a custom floral design plan that feels like you and elevates your entire event.
This design package includes floral planning logistics, complete floral design, and additional services. Your event vision will be our top priority throughout the entire planning process, ensuring that we create a day uniquely tailored to you from the first petal to the final breakdown.
If you’re looking for something less personalized and smaller scale, our A La Carte Florals may be a better fit.
From inquiry to “I DO”
For Full-Service Floral Design
01 | inquiry & questionnaire
Your floral journey begins by submitting an inquiry form. Once received, we’ll send an introductory email confirming availability for your date, along with our floral guide, a detailed questionnaire, and a link to schedule a discovery call. During this call, we’ll discuss your vision, priorities, and an estimated floral investment.
02 | initial proposal
Once we had a chance to chat and go over your completed questionnaire, we’ll email you estimates based on your wish list. If you’d like to move forward, we’ll create a custom initial proposal tailored to your responses and inspiration images.
03 | secure your date
Once you view your initial custom proposal and sign our contract, you'll make it official with a 25% non-refundable retainer to secure your date on our calendar.
04 | final details
We check in about 6-8 weeks before the event to schedule a final details meeting and chat about any changes - go over timeline, make any final adjustments, and get info on anything else we should know before your big day!
05 | the big day
Our floral design team will arrive on site in the morning to deliver your personal florals, then begin executing your venue designs while you relax, get pampered, & enjoy your day!

You should reserve your date with your florist as soon as your venue is booked. Ideally, you should contact your florist 6-8 months prior to the event date. However, if flowers are a high priority item for you then we suggest contacting and booking your event florist even earlier (between 8-12 months).
If you wait too close to the event to book, you may be very disappointed to learn that your favorite florist is completely booked for your date.

Florals can vary significantly, and typically cost about 10%-20% of your total event budget. However, we suggest a budget of 25%-35% of your total event budget for Pinterest-worthy and lush designs.
The average price of a bridal bouquet is $300+ and a typical centerpiece ranges from $200+ depending on the size and florals used.

Event flowers are carefully managed at our studio to ensure they are fully open, beautiful, and at their prime for your event. Meaning, their post-event lifespan is not as long as an arrangement purchased at a retail flower shop.
Flowers exposed to heat, sun, wind, freezing temperatures, or other such conditions may not last beyond the event.

You can absolutely request specific flowers! But, as you'll see in our Services Agreement, we cannot make any guarantees. Flowers are perishable goods that are subject to a variety of factors such as growing season, weather, global shipping processes and many more. We will try our best, but encourage you to focus on an overall vision and aesthetic as opposed to having your heart set on specific flowers since exact selections are subject to change due to quality and/or availability beyond our control.
In the rare case that we are not able to get a particular item for your event, a product of similar color, shape and value will be used in its place. However, we will never change even the smallest detail without your approval.

We completely understand that things change during the planning process and that the design can evolve. We allow flexibility to make changes to the proposal up to 30 days prior to your event day, so nothing is set in stone when you sign. We only ask that you do not go below the stated minimum on your signed agreement. We will work closely with you throughout the planning process so that the final design is truly magical.

This can vary by event. Some floral arrangements include giveaway containers with arrangement costs, and are welcome to be taken home by guests at the end of the evening.
For more elaborate items, such as lanterns, stands, and oversized vases/containers, including any LED lights, votives, or candle holders, are not to be taken by guests at the end of the evening. All rental items will be clearly stated in your event contract.
